Privacy and your data

The full policy is at ipsion.ai/privacy. In short:

• Your own server. Each account runs on its own cloud server, which holds your conversations, files and agent memory.
• No selling. We don't sell your personal information.
• Who can see it. Authorized Ipsion staff and our operations tools can access your server to run, support, secure and improve the service.
• Who processes it. To do the work, your content goes to the AI providers your agents use and to the tools they use for you.
• Passwords and keys. Saved logins and keys are kept in an encrypted store on your own server, never in chat. Your agents ask to use one and you can see every use. Connect only what your agents need.
• Deletion. Close your account or ask us to delete your data, and your server and account records are deleted within 30 days. Copies in backups and logs can last up to 24 months.
• Your requests. Email support@ipsion.ai from your account's address with the subject "Privacy request". Our team handles these by hand today.
• Keep your own copies of anything important.
