Delete your Ipsion account

You can delete your Ipsion AI account at any time, from the app itself. You do not need to email us.

In the phone app

1. Sign in and open your home screen.
2. At the bottom, next to your name, tap the Account button.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

In the web console or the desktop app

1. Sign in at ipsion.ai/trial/login.
2. At the bottom of the sidebar, next to your name, click the Account button.
3. Click Delete account and confirm.

When you confirm, we record your request and sign you out. The request is tied to the account you were signed in with, so no further identity check is needed.

Without the app

If you can no longer sign in, email support@ipsion.ai from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify that the account is yours before acting.

What is deleted, and when

Within 30 days of your request we delete:

• your account and sign-in records;
• the cloud server we provisioned for your account, with your conversations, files, agent memory and the credentials of the accounts you connected;
• your agents, their schedules and their settings.

Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups and system logs until they expire or are overwritten in the ordinary course, which may take up to 24 months. We keep information beyond that only where the law requires it, for example billing records. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.

Deleting your account does not delete what your agents already sent or posted to other services at your direction, such as emails or social posts. Remove those in the service where they were published.
