To get help fastest, include:

• the email you sign in with
• what you were trying to do, and what happened instead
• the exact words of any message you saw, or a screenshot
• whether you were on the web, the Mac app or the phone app
• for a Call me problem: what the Call me tile says, and about when the call should have come. Don't send your phone number.

Use a subject line for these:

• "Privacy request": to see or delete your data.
• "Security": to report a security problem.
